This bee orchid planted was spotted growing in the grass along the front drive in 2020. Possible it has been there for a long time but only got a chance to flower when the Covid crisis interrupted the mowing of the grass. Now we know to look for it we will look after it!

The bee orchid grows slowly over the winter so that in springtime there is a rosette of leaves showing.
