Broadacre estate is owned by John G Woolman, Charlye Woolman and his wife Cecile Woolman.
John and Charlye are the grand sons of John Woolman who purchased the property in 1942.
John is single and moved here in 1972. Charlye is married to Cecile who is French Canadian. They were both overseas teachers and moved here from Kuala Lumpur in 2011 when they retired.
